Welcome to RTO Learner's Licence Practice (the “App”), developed and published by ZMOHI Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the App, including its free features and optional paid features.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian should review them where applicable.
1. Purpose of the App
The App is an independent educational tool designed to help learners practise road signs, traffic rules, and learner's licence examination questions in India. Features may include a question bank, practice exercises, mock tests, saved questions, study materials, and performance summaries.
The App is not an official government application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by India's Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, any Regional Transport Office (RTO), or any other government authority. The App does not conduct official examinations, issue licences, book RTO appointments, or provide official examination results.
The questions, examination formats, pass marks, road rules, and other educational materials may differ from requirements in your state or union territory and may change over time. Always consult official government sources for current legal and examination requirements.
2. Educational Information and Accuracy
We aim to provide useful and accurate learning materials, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, translation, illustration, mock-test setting, or explanation is complete, accurate, current, or identical to an official examination.
Mock-test results are practice estimates only. A passing score in the App does not guarantee that you will pass an official learner's licence test, qualify for a licence, or meet any legal requirement.
The App is not a substitute for official road rules, driver training, or safe driving practices.
3. Free Features and Usage Limits
Some features are available without payment. Free usage may include limits, such as a limited number of mock tests per day. The specific limits and available features are shown in the App and may change with updates, subject to applicable law.
Attempting to bypass usage limits, manipulate test records to obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with the App's operation is not permitted.
4. RTO Pro — One-Time In-App Purchase
The App may offer RTO Pro, an optional one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks designated premium features, such as additional mock tests and enhanced learning tools, as described on the purchase screen at the time of sale.
- No recurring subscription fee: The lifetime purchase is not a monthly or annual subscription.
- Price: The applicable price, currency, taxes, and any promotional discount are shown in Google Play before you confirm payment. Promotional prices may change.
- Meaning of “lifetime”: Lifetime access refers to access to the purchased premium entitlement for as long as the App and its supported services remain available, subject to these Terms and applicable law. It does not guarantee that the App, every individual feature, or support will exist indefinitely.
- Feature changes: We may improve, replace, or discontinue features for legitimate operational, security, legal, or technical reasons, while respecting applicable consumer rights.
Payments made through the Google Play version of the App are processed by Google Play Billing. ZMOHI Studio does not directly collect your payment-card details through the App.
5. Restoring Purchases
If you have already purchased RTO Pro, you may use the App's Restore Purchases feature, where available, to recover an eligible entitlement associated with the relevant Google Play account.
Restoration depends on purchase eligibility, Google Play's purchase records, account availability, and the App's supported platforms. A purchase may not be restorable if it has been refunded, cancelled, revoked, or is otherwise no longer valid.
If restoration fails, contact us using the support information below with a description of the issue. Do not send full purchase tokens, passwords, or complete payment-card details.
6. Refunds and Purchase Issues
Refund requests for purchases processed through Google Play are subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies and any mandatory consumer protections. You may request assistance through Google Play or contact ZMOHI Studio.
A refund or revocation may result in the loss of access to the associated premium features. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
7. App Data and Privacy
The App may store local information necessary to provide features such as practice progress, selected preferences, bookmarks, scores, test history, or premium access status.

Important: This section is only a summary. The published Privacy Policy must accurately describe the current App implementation, including any third-party services and data practices.
8. Permitted Use
You agree to use the App lawfully and only for personal educational purposes unless we give you separate permission. You must not:
- Interfere with, damage, overload, or disrupt the App or related services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to premium features or circumvent payment restrictions.
- Distribute malicious code or use the App for unlawful activities.
- Copy, republish, sell, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of the App's software, design, or proprietary content without authorization, except as allowed by law or applicable licences.
- Misrepresent the App as an official government service.
9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Material
The App's original software, design, branding, and original content are owned by ZMOHI Studio or its licensors, subject to any applicable open-source licences and third-party rights.
Certain road-sign symbols, publicly available rules, or other reference materials may be subject to separate rights or government-source terms. These Terms do not claim exclusive ownership of public-domain material or rights belonging to others.
10. Availability, Updates, and Device Compatibility
We may release updates to improve the App, fix errors, meet platform requirements, or change available features. Some features may depend on a compatible device, supported Android version, and access to Google Play services.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. We may suspend or discontinue the App where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make a guarantee of examination success, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular official licensing purpose.
This disclaimer does not affect warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZMOHI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from reliance on practice content, inability to access the App, or technical interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App and applicable requirements evolve. The updated version will show a new effective date and be published at the same public URL. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to users in other jurisdictions.
